Service: 30 minute Intro Call
Initial Consultation
Prior to your Initial consultation you will submit an intake form. During the consultation we will go through all of your concerns & goals in detail. There is no concern too big or too small! We will explore food and lifestyle choices that may be contributing factors, and identify solutions which work for you. Within 5 days after the consultation, you will receive a customized Ayurvedic Healing Plan just for you, including in-depth analysis and personal recommendations.
Service: 90 minute Initial Consultation + Ayurvedic Healing Plan with analysis and recommendations
Follow-Up
Follow-ups typically last 30 minutes. We will review your progress, discuss any concerns, and make adjustments to your Ayurvedic Healing Plan as needed.
